Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Returns must be initiated within a specified period from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. This typically includes items such as socks or customized footwear.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Items should be returned using a tracked and insured postal service. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order on our website.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure all orders are correct and undamaged. However, if you receive a faulty item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Return Condition
Items must be returned in a resalable condition. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing tags may not be accepted, or a partial refund may be issued.
